日本三大地鶏「名古屋コーチン」の中でも、食の安全基準として確かな「純系」の商標を持ち、弊社が厳選した「純系名古屋コーチン」は餌に動物性タンパク質を使わず、植物性タンパク質のみ使用するなどの工夫がなされており、鶏の臭みが全くありません。

また、高カロリーの餌で大きくしない為、無駄な脂肪が付かず、他の鶏より少し小柄となっています。
農家の経営や生産性としては不利ですが、良質な餌であえて少し小柄になることも厭わずに育てることで、その分お肉の旨味が凝縮されます。

食べ比べていただければ、その違いに笑顔が溢れます。更に今回は、万全の状態でその旨味を味わってもらうために「骨付きモモ肉」として提供いたします。（骨を抜くと旨味が損なわれるため）

雄(約350g/1本)：地鶏らしいしっかりした「歯ごたえ」と「濃厚な旨味」が特徴
雌(約250g/1本)：まろやかな「お肉の旨味」と「脂のコク」を味わえるのが特徴（卵を産むために皮と肉の間に適度な脂を蓄えるため）

調理法：加熱処理はしておりませんので、解凍後加熱してお召し上がりください。
